Deputy Mayor Pippa Mahood welcomed about 200 locals, a team of Jammers from Auckland, Auckland support staff and our new Waikato Co-ordinator Karen Singers in a launch that included lots of balloons, an amazing spread provided by our new Hamilton community and a dancing FreeJam.

Long-time Auckland Jammer and now Hamilton resident Anthony Jellyman cut the ribbon and StarJam was open for business.

Four workshops are now up and running; Waikato East & West Dazzling Dance, Waikato Sensational Singing and Waikato Groovy Guitars.
