our programmes

The Talent Expansion Programme is the flash name for what our kids call CoolJam workshops. Workshops are held each week during school term evenings in singing, dance, guitar and hand drumming and are open to young people up to the age of 25.

Each workshop has a passionate tutor and a dedicated volunteer (volly). There is no joining fee although we appreciate a donation per term.

Our workshops are based on three tenets and promote a collaborative atmosphere.

  • Everybody has talents
  • It is vital to provide mentoring & coaching which allows for individual emergence of talents
  • It is paramount to encourage team spirit & peer support in a non-competitive environment.
